Make yourself better than you ever thought you could be and you will find the relationship you have with your love partner getting better. This works especially well when two people are focusing on working on themselves; together. Then, the relationship you have with the one you love can only grow and prosper. Only selfish people think only of themselves. When you really love yourself you cannot help wanting to give some of your love away. Other people have a need to be loved. So do you. People are like that. Like attracts like. What you become you attract. Want a great love partner? Become a great love partner! Work on this one. Sharing love with someone else must only and always begin with you. Learn to relate to yourself better.
LoveNote for Lovers. . . Affirmation - If I feel my lover taking me for granted, it is always and only my responsibility to request the love and appreciation I deserve.
LoveNote for Lovers. . . All there is, is relationships. Building a successful relationship is a never ending process. Work most on the first reality of your relationship - you. Your own personal growth contributes to the deepening and strengthening of the relationship you have with another. The second reality is your love partner. The relationship they have with themselves is only and always their responsibility. The third reality of a successful relationship is the 'us' of it. The joining of two whole people - complete in themselves - to do the work of a forever relationship is a worthy pursuit; one that is the most challenging and beautiful of all human experiences.
LoveNote for Lovers. . . When self-discovery becomes more important than being right, then every situation in our relationship will present us with an opportunity to learn about ourselves in a new and exciting way.

Remember that the next time you get bogged down in unnecessary activities that keep you from doing what you know must be done to enrich your relationship with your love partner. You always have time to do the things you want to do. Always. You always have choice. Think about it!

Relationship Humor
One bright, beautiful Sunday morning, everyone in the tiny town of Johnstown got up early and went to the local church. Before the services started, the townspeople were sitting in their pews and talking about their lives, their families, etc.
Suddenly, Satan appeared at the front of the church. Everyone started screaming and running for the front entrance, trampling each other in a frantic effort to get away from evil incarnate. Soon everyone was evacuated from the Church, except for one elderly gentleman who sat calmly in his pew, not moving . . . seemingly oblivious to the fact that God's ultimate enemy was in his presence.
This confused Satan a bit, so he walked up to the man and said, "Don't you know who I am?"
The man replied, "Yep, sure do."
Satan asked, "Aren't you afraid of me?"
"Nope, sure ain't," said the man.
Satan was a little perturbed at this and queried, "Why aren't you afraid of me?"
The man calmly replied, "Been married to your sister for over 48 years!"
