Be Organized for Gratitude!
Say "Thank You" to those who are helpful, thoughtful and supportive. It's
good business to send a thank you for each referral you receive, even if
the lead doesn't turn into business for you. To make it easy to say thank
you, try these simple ideas.
Get your business name printed on Thank You cards
Keep Thank You cards handy, and always personalize them with a
handwritten note
Find special ways to say thanks, like sending e-cards, gift
baskets, or gift certificates
When planning your day, reflect on those things for which you are
grateful, and when possible, make a phone call simply to express your
gratitude!
