LoveNote for Lovers. . . You never have time to do the things you do not want to do. Remember that the next time you get bogged down in unnecessary activities that keep you from doing what you know must be done to enrich your relationship with your love partner. You always have time to do the things you want to do. Always. You always have choice. Think about it! LoveNote for Lovers. . . For Men Only - Never be someone your lover knows too well. In other words, let her know who you really are and always have there be more of you for her to discover. Never let it be predictable. Let it be spontaneous. Spontaneity demonstrates that you are paying attention to her and the relationship. This may help to keep her from feeling taken for granted. Be full of surprises; the kind of surprises you would want from your lover. LoveNote for Lovers. . . If you ever reach a point in your relationship where you think you have nothing good to say about your love partner, close your mouth until you think of something good to say. . . then say it. You tell yourself what to think. . . tell yourself to 'shut up' when the temptation to speak ill of your lover occurs. LoveNote for Lovers. . . For Singles Only - Letting go is not complicated. It is simple. Not easy. Simply identify the situation you want to let go of and ask yourself, "Am I willing to waste my energy further on this matter?" If the answer is "no," then that's it! Let go. Telling someone is a bonus. Detachment is only for you, never for another. It promotes healing. Choice is always present when you let go. You do not have to let go and there are consequences.
