LoveNote for Lovers. . . Feelings are always very real for the one who feels them. When your lover expresses feelings. . . validate them. Let them know that it is okay to feel that way, even when you disagree. When you invalidate your love partner's feelings, generally disagreement follows. Never argue with anyone's feelings. It's an argument you can never win. LoveNote for Lovers. . . It's okay to feel angry. It is not okay to be consumed with anger. Anger is not something to be contained; it is something to be released. Express it with this caveat: consider the consequences of its power. Anger is something that can hurt if expressed with the intention to get even. Often we inflict our feelings of anger on the ones we love the most. Not a good idea. Everyone feels angry occasionally and everyone in the relationship feels its effect. LoveNote for Lovers. . . The joyful expression of love produces an extraordinary freedom to create a nurturing relationship that supports individual accountability, well being, self-expression and fulfillment. Such an exciting relationship is only possible when integrity is the foundation of the relationship. A life together, full of passion and all the elements that encourage the full expression of unconditional love is worthy of pursuit. LoveNote for Lovers. . . You need others and you depend on yourself. Needing others is not a mistake. Giving up your responsibility for satisfying your needs is a mistake. Your need to stand alone must be tempered by your need to stand together.
