Isagenix Glossary logo

Achieved Rank - The highest rank in which an Associate has qualified within the Isagenix compensation plan.

Active - Minimum of 100 in Personal Volume (PV) in previous "Month".

Activated - The instant that an Associate first becomes Active.

Active Associate - Earn Retail Commissions, Product Introduction Bonuses and accumulate the BV of Personal Associates. They will also accumulate 'Excess Personal Volume" in the Minor Sales Team at the time of the order.

Associate (Member) - An independent contractor who has completed an application and had it accepted by Isagenix International. An Associate may purchase product at wholesale prices and participate in the Isagenix International Compensation Plan

Associate Support System - The complete online support system provided to each independent Isagenix Associate at the time of signup. The system includes a personalized website mirrored after the company's own, where prospects and customers can be directed to view and purchase Isagenix products or signup as Associates. It also includes a complete online back office management system and training materials to help manage and support the growth of your Isagenix business.

Autoship - A program of convenience where a pre-selected order is shipped each month. Autoship orders provide additional savings and convenience to Associates and Customers.

Business Volume (BV) - A point value assigned to each commissionable product.

Commission Period - From Midnight Sunday night to the following Sunday night at midnight (Eastern Time). Commissions are Paid each week one week in arrears.

Consultant - Achieve the rank of Consultant, by becoming Active and have at least one Active Personal Associate on your Left Sales Team and one Active Personal Associate on your Right Sales Team within the same month.

Cycle - A term to define the total accumulation of 900 Group Volume (GV) in your Sales Team where at least 1/3 (300 BV) is in the Minor Volume Leg and 2/3 (600 BV) is in the Strong Volume Leg. A Cycle triggers a Team Bonus based on qualification.

Day - From Midnight to Midnight (Eastern Time) the Next Day. Commissions are Calculated Daily and Paid Weekly one week in arrears.

Ecount - The Isagenix Ecount card is a MasterCard that is used to pay all commissions. This Card is issued the week following your first earned commissions. Commissions are loaded directly on your card and can be accessed thru ATM's, or used at any MasterCard Merchant or you can transfer the funds to any US based bank account.

Enrolling Sponsor - The Sponsor who personally sponsors an Associate. The Enrolling Sponsor is eligible to earn a Product Introduction Bonus on the optional purchase of a Product Introduction Pak by their newly enrolled Associate. They also count volume of their personally enrolled active Associates toward activation of their Retail Business Center (RBC) and maintenance of their rank. Enrolling sponsors qualified at Executive rank are eligible to earn the 10% Matching Team Bonus on their active personally enrolled Consultants and Executives.

Excess Volume - PV over the 100 needed in a "Month" to meet the active requirement will be accumulated in the Associate's Minor Volume Leg at the time of the order.

Executive - Once you have qualified your RBC by reaching Consultant, you may achieve Executive rank, by being Active and having Ten (10) Personal Associates (5 on each of your Left and Right Sales Team) - who are Paid As Consultant within the same month.

Executive Benefits - In addition to the Associate and Consultant benefits, as a Paid As Executive you are eligible to receive a 10% Matching Team Bonus on all Team Bonuses earned by your Personal Paid As Consultants and Executives. Executives may also qualify for profit opportunities through upline re-entries.

Grace Period - A 5 Day grace period is added to 30 days in determining Active status. The effect is a month that has actually 35 days.

Group Volume (GV) - Is the BV that accumulates in your Left and Right sales team based on your Active and Paid As status.

Active Associates of all ranks will accumulate the PV of Personal Associates towards the left or right sales team based on which sales team they are in, and will accumulate "Excess Volume" which will be placed in their minor sales team once they have qualified as a Consultant or at the time of order.

Paid as Consultants and Executives will also accumulate GV of their downline Associates.

Associates of any Rank who are not active will not accumulate GV until they regain Active status.

Holdover Volume - A stabilizing feature of the Isagenix Team Compensation Plan that allows Active Paid As Consultants to holdover unpaid GV in each of their two sales teams to accumulate towards next earned team bonus cycles. This process will occur as long as you remain an active Paid As Consultant or until the end of any day that you have accumulated a minimum of 100 total cycles.

When this occurs, Isagenix will allow you to hold over up to 12,000 GV in your Strong Volume Leg and all remaining GV in your Minor Volume Leg. This process will repeat itself over and over as you grow your business.

Matching Team Bonus - As an Active Paid As Executive, you are eligible to receive a 10% Matching Team Bonus on the weekly Team Bonus income of all Personal Paid As Consultants and Executives. The 10% Matching Team Bonus is calculated daily and paid weekly on every 4 accumulated cycles of your personal Paid As Consultants and Executives.

Mega Cycle - A Mega Cycle occurs at the end of any day (Midnight Eastern Time) that a minimum of 100 cycles has been accumulated since your join date or the last Mega Cycle. To provide stability to the Isagenix Compensation Plan, Isagenix will hold over up to 12,000 GV in your Strong Volume Leg and all remaining volume in your Minor Volume Leg towards earning your next Team Bonus Cycles. Any Excess Volume above the 12,000 in your Strong Volume Leg is removed.

Minor Volume Leg - In the Isagenix Team Compensation Plan composed of two Teams; the Leg holding the least unpaid Group Volume (GV) is considered the Minor Volume Leg.

Month - A 30 Day period plus a 5 day Grace period for a total of 35 elapsed days.

Paid As Consultant - Those consultants who continue to maintain Active Consultant requirements. In addition to being eligible for earnings of an Associate, they may earn Team Bonuses.

Paid As Rank - Once an Associate reaches a certain rank within the Isagenix compensation plan, they will maintain that rank until they advance to the next rank. However, for compensation purposes, the Associate will be "paid as" the rank that their volume and personally sponsored team members volume qualify them in a given commission period.

Personal Volume (PV) - Is the Combination of the BV of your personal orders and the BV of Retail Direct Customers ordering from your website.

Personal Associate - An Associate for which you are registered as the Enroller Sponsor.

Placement Sponsor - The Sponsor that the new Associate will be placed directly under in the genealogy. This person can also be the Enrolling Sponsor.

Preferred Customer - A Preferred Customer is a person who has previously been enrolled as an Associate but has decided not to renew their Associate Membership. Preferred Customers continue to enjoy the privilege of ordering at special discounted prices. They do not keep any downline they may have and no longer participate in the Isagenix Compensation Plan. Any BV resulting from their orders would be treated as PV of the enrolling sponsor. A Preferred Customer is free to enroll again at any time as an Isagenix Associate with the same or different enrolling sponsor.

Product Introduction Bonus - You will be eligible to earn a one-time $10-$100 Product Introduction Bonus (PIB) should your personal associates choose to order one of the company's optional Product Introduction Paks directly from Isagenix International within the first 60 days of their enrollment.

Rank - A term used to define the position a Member has achieved within the Isagenix Team Compensation Plan. The three ranks are: Associate, Consultant and Executive.

Reset - The removal of Group Volume (GV) from your left and right sales teams that is no longer eligible to be used in calculating your Team Bonuses. Reset occurs at the end of any day an Associate of any rank becomes inactive.

Retail Business Center - As a new Associate, you will be given a Retail Business Center (RBC) for the purpose of tracking placement genealogy and the Group Sales Volume of your downline sales team.

Retail Customer - This is not a distributor position within the Isagenix Compensation Plan. This customer purchases product directly from an Associate.

Retail Direct Customer - A customer who orders Isagenix products at retail prices directly from your website. These customers are not Independent Associates.

Retail Direct Profits - The profit you earn from your retail direct customers who order directly from the Company. You do not need to be Active to earn Retail Direct Profits. This profit is calculated by subtracting the wholesale price and a $4.95 Administration fee from the retail price on each order.

Retail Profits - The profit you earn from the purchases of your Retail Customers taken from your inventory. You do not need to be active to earn Retail Profits.

Strong Volume Leg - In the Isagenix Team Compensation Plan composed of two Teams; the Leg holding the most unpaid Group Volume (GV) is considered the Strong Volume Leg.

Team Bonuses - Paid as Consultant and Executives, are eligible to earn Team Bonuses by building two sales teams. For simplicity, we will call these 2 sales teams your Left Sales Team and your Right Sales Team. When you accumulate 900 points in Group Volume (GV) and at least 300 of those points came from one of your sales teams and 600 points came from your other sales team, you earn a Team Bonus. This is called a Cycle. Your Retail Business Center can Cycle multiple times every day.

Week - From Midnight Sunday night to the following Sunday night at midnight (Eastern Time). Commissions are Paid each week one week in arrears
