Chocolate is still "in" for Valentine's day. Chocolate brings your mouth sheer joy. The test of a fine chocolate is its liquefaction. It should melt on the tongue - turning into a puddle - till it makes your taste buds begin to dance, then drizzle down your throat, where it can work it's magic. Here are a few healthy thoughts about chocolate: Chocolate is rich in antioxidants which may help protect against heart disease and cancer. Chocolate has little effect on blood cholesterol. It is a plant product and thus cholesterol-free. Chocolate has only tiny amounts of caffeine. Chocolate doesn't cause acne. Chocolate isn't addictive. (unless you eat 50-100 pounds at one sitting) Chocolate contributes little to tooth decay. Cocoa contains substances that may inhibit the bacterial growth that promotes plaque formation and thus cavities. Here's a little Valentine Humor: Question:  What do you call a very small Valentine?
